    01 / APPROACH

    How I see things.

I photograph concerts, people, sports, landscapes and everyday situations, but I'm usually less interested in the subject itself than in the feeling around it.

Most of the time I'm looking for presence more than perfection.

The small things around the obvious ones.
    Body language.
    Silence.
    Exhaustion.
    Distance.
    Warmth.
Moments that feel real and unguarded.

I've never really been drawn to photography that feels too polished or overly constructed. Grain, darkness, motion blur and imperfections often feel closer to how a moment actually existed.

Whether I'm photographing a crowded venue, a foggy field before work or someone completely lost in a moment for half a second, I'm usually trying to preserve something that felt genuine while I was there.

Not just what something looked like, but what it felt like to stand in the middle of it.

Alongside my photography work, I also offer professional film scanning for photographers and analog enthusiasts, with a careful approach to color, texture and detail.
