    Controller

    L.A Framework (Love Arvidsson) is the controller for the personal data processed on this website. We operate in Sweden and process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish law.

    What data we collect

    • Technical logging: basic data (e.g. IP address, browser type, device information) collected by our hosting and CDN to keep the site secure and functioning.
    • Enquiries: when you send a print or booking enquiry through a form, we receive your name, email, message, and any image reference you choose to include.
    • Email correspondence: if a booking or print order moves forward, we process the email conversation needed to agree on details and deliver the work.
    • Analytics: only if you consent, we use Lovable's analytics to understand aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
    • Cookies: only essential session and security cookies. Optional analytics cookies are set only if you consent in the cookie banner.

    Payments

    We have no automated checkout. When a print order or booking is confirmed by email, I send a personal Stripe payment link. Stripe processes the payment in full — no card details ever reach our servers. We can see payment status (e.g. paid, refunded) and the amount, but not your card information.

    Legal bases

    • Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) for handling your enquiry and any agreed booking or print order.
    • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for accounting and record-keeping under Swedish law.
    • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for site security and fraud prevention.
    • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for any non-essential cookies or analytics.

    Retention

    • Records related to invoiced bookings and print orders are kept as required by Swedish accounting rules (generally 7 years).
    • Enquiries that do not lead to a booking or order are deleted within 12 months.
    • Essential cookies last only for the session; optional cookies follow their stated lifetimes and are only set with consent.

    Processors and recipients

    • Supabase (hosting, database, edge functions).
    • Resend (transactional email for enquiry notifications).
    • Stripe (only when a manual payment link is sent for an agreed order).
    • Lovable (analytics tools, only with your consent).

    For physical print deliveries we also use a shipping carrier to send the package to your address. Some providers may transfer data outside the EU/EEA with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). See each provider's privacy notice for details.

    Your rights

    • Access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing.
    • Data portability and objection to processing where applicable.
    • Withdraw consent at any time for non-essential cookies or analytics.

    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) in Sweden.
