Services
L.A Framework offers photography bookings (events, portraits, corporate work) and signed, made-to-order fine art prints. There is no automated checkout — every order or booking starts with a conversation by email so we can agree on the details together.
Quotes and orders
Price, scope and delivery time are confirmed in writing by email before any work begins. Once you confirm, I send a personal Stripe payment link to complete payment. Prices are in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prints
Prints are produced to order on archival paper by a trusted printmaker in Sweden, then signed and shipped. Delivery within Sweden usually takes one to two weeks; international shipping is available on request. Tracking is provided when available.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59, ch. 2 § 11 p. 3), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Signed and made-to-order prints therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal. You expressly confirm this by email before production starts. The same applies to photography sessions once the service has begun with your consent.
Your statutory right to complain about defects (reklamationsrätt) under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act applies in full and cannot be waived. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within a reasonable time with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank and Stripe's processes.
Payments and security
Payments are handled by Stripe via a personal payment link sent by email. We do not store or process card details on our servers. Stripe may set cookies required for secure payment and fraud prevention.
Copyright and licence
All images remain the intellectual property of L.A Framework (Love Arvidsson). A purchased print or completed booking grants you personal, non-commercial use of the resulting images. Any commercial use, redistribution, or resale requires a separate written licence agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Swedish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be brought before Swedish courts. Consumers in the EU may also use the EU ODR platform for dispute resolution.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order or booking at the time of confirmation.
